This replaces the paper Delegation Application Form (form 0530.07). When you submit it, the City Clerk gets your completed form and your attachments by email, and you get a copy.

• The Mayor and the Chief Administrative Officer approve delegations. Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee you’ll be approved to appear before Council.
• The City may decline delegations about legal matters, personnel or private property, and can’t guarantee the meeting date you ask for.
• Only the matter you describe here can be discussed during your presentation.
