What happens next

- 2027 budget discussions follow later this fall, at public Council meetings.
About the survey
There were two versions: a statistically valid survey mailed to 1,600 randomly chosen households, and a public survey open to every resident. Both asked about community safety, policing and City services so trends can be tracked year to year.
This year’s survey also asked whether residents support the proposed 10-bed Cranbrook Kimberley Hospice House, and which of five sites they prefer. Background is on the hospice request page.
