Claim your Home Owner Grant online with the Province of BC. The City no longer takes applications.
Since May 2021, Home Owner Grants have been claimed directly with the Province. Who qualifies hasn’t changed.
- Go to the Province’s Home Owner Grant page.
- When asked for a jurisdiction code, enter 205 (City of Cranbrook).
- Claim the grant before the property tax due date to avoid penalties and interest.
