After the Approving Officer approves a subdivision, it must be registered with the Land Title Office.

  2. Prepare your preliminary layout approval application using the submission requirementsPDF.
  3. Submit the application formPDF with the checklistPDF.

Bare land strata

The Approving Officer may refuse a bare land strata plan unless roads, water, sewer and drainage meet the codes or good engineering practice. See the standards for works and servicesPDF. A professional engineer’s certification may be accepted.
