East Kootenay Regional Hospital is the main hospital for the East Kootenay and one of four regional hospitals in Interior Health. It provides emergency and trauma care, core specialist services, a level 3 laboratory, and acute and maternity care.
Interior Health runs more than 20 clinics and care centres in the region. Cranbrook also has chiropractors, massage therapists and other health practitioners.
